COOKING IN ITALY WITH FELICE!
Over the years, so many of our participants, their family/friends, have raved about the wonderful kitchen at the Albergo Roberta; so, after fourteen years of collaboration (and inspired eating!), a new tradition is beginning. Felice Passaretti, will be offering three of his well-loved cooking classes, to anyone who is associated with the workshop.
Two out of the three days of Felice’s classes take place during two of our mini-intensive workshop days, prior to the Musica Sacra Workshop’s start, so there are definitely options available for participants and their traveling companions to attend a day or two, together.
Friday is Market Day in Sarteano, so be prepared to take a stroll with Felice to shop for wonderfully fresh ingredients, and learn what a master chef really looks for to create that truly unforgettable meal!
The course will run from 18 – 20 July, 2017 -- You will be able to sign up for the whole course or you can choose to enjoy a single lesson! Either choice must be booked in advance, directly, through Nadia Straccali, at email@example.com Please enroll early, as each class is limited to 8 chefs!
The course includes three lessons of about three hours, during which you will be able to learn the preparation of some typical dishes of the Italian and Tuscan traditions.
Each chef enrolled will receive a Chef’s hat and an Apron that is yours to take with you at the end of the course.
At the end of each lesson, during lunchtime, together you will all enjoy the sumptuous lunch, that you have just prepared!
LESSON #1: APPETIZERS - starting 10:30 a.m. for 2 hours
LESSON #2: FIRST COURSE AND SAUCES – starting 10:00 a.m. for 3 hours
